Using BNA for short location names could be confusing.. BNA is the Airport code 
for Nashville, Tennessee. *grin*

For Ontario, I've been using (for example)
 
Etobicoke, York, Canada West, British North America
 
or
 
Etobicoke, York, Upper Canada, British North America
 
I use BNA for the short location names......
