Hi Jan,
You fix this in your Word Processor. You have to break the link and
save the images actually in the document. I haven't got MS Word on
this computer so can't check but I think you'll find it under Edit >
Links. It does blow out the size of the document so you'll also want
to compress all the pics - see the Format Picture dialogues.
