Anne, But what good does it do here? Misery loves company? The same 2 or 3 solutions (check your junk mail, be patient, etc) have been posted about a hundred times here and they're still being asked. If Sales hasn't responded, what are a bunch of other users around the world going to do about it? I haven't seen a single person from Sales respond to a message here. Even the Millenia people are just telling them to contact Sales via email or phone. All it's doing is clogging up an already overloaded list.
It's like me buying a new car and having problems with the purchase. Instead of dealing with the car dealership, I go to the next meeting of the local car club and expect them all to listen to my woes. No one can really help them but the dealership. If everyone does that there probably won't be many people attending the next car club meeting. It all boils down to a little common sense and courtesy for others on the list and I haven't seen much of either here lately.
