It is not "normal" for updates within a version to be announced. They
are made available, and you can then download them when you become aware
of them. Your Legacy program will check for updates automatically every
30 days and alert you to any waiting.
You can go to the Home tab to see what your installed version is, and
what the latest available version is, and download any new one waiting.
