Robert: Have not yet seen WM's response yet but did not manually
enter the code. I used copy and paste from the email since I know I
do have a habit of transposing numbers. Any other ideas?
I should also tell you that I did not install legacy7 on top of my
legacy 6 and prefer to run both for a week or two till I get used the
"new baby". I suspect that I may perhaps need to maybe edit the
registry but would like to get some quasi professional advice before
I tackle that job. I prefer to not screw things up any worse than I
need to....At 09:03 PM 6/18/2008, you wrote:
If Wm's advice doesn't hit the nail on the head, could you have
manually entered the number and entered an "l" (el) for the "1" (one)?
Let us know- we will help you to get it going.
Thank you.

Received the number via email late last night. I entered it using the
Unlock Deluxe feature...but receive no notifiacation that the
deluxe features have been unlocked. When I check it using the About
legacy menu item, it still shows that I am using the standard
version...and even has "Standard" entered in the customer id number
field. I have tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling and
even re downloading and installing from the fresh download to no avail. Help!
