You say it shows up with pins. On mine it shows up with balloons. I wonder
why. I would prefer the pins.

I have IE7.* on my m/c, but it is not my default browser (FFX3.*
is). I switched to IE7 as default and still got the same error.Can
anyone throw light on what the problem may be? Legacy has been of
very little help so far.

This message occurs when Windows is unable to load the specified DLL,
particularly if the DLL has not been saved at the specified location.
It will also occur if the dependency files required by the DLL file
are not installed in the computer.

RESOLUTION
Install the dependency files required by the DLL file.

Basically you are missing a DLL file (Dynamic Link Library).
There is no entry on the Legacy site for Error 53.
If you did any "house cleaning" on your computer you may have moved
or deleted the required file. You may need to un-install and
re-install Legacy.
