Ann: You're probably not doing anything wrong; this is a programming glitch that is making me rather crazy but hopefully will be fixed before long. In some instances the old details will clear themselves after you shut down and then re-start Legacy. Also in some cases (but not all), the detail shows correctly in reports in spite of what shows on the Source Detail screen. Like you, I was horrified at seeing my late husband's death record details listed in the source for our sons' birth records but after a shut down and re-start, all was as it should be. Patience and faith seem to be the watchwords with SourceWriter for now.
