Well some would say, with difficulty. But firstly you would need to
find out from your ISP how much space they will allow you with the
monthly package you are on. Then you need to get a FTP program, to be
able to 'send' your web pages up the line to either your ISP or
Rootsweb etc. Who ever you are going to use.
