I am tidying up my Master Locations List and I have come across a few locations that Legacy V7 says are unused by any individual but I can't delete them. I have used the Options - Purge Unused facility several times with no success. There are no individuals showing in the 'People using this location' window for the location in question. I have tried using the Options - Delete (Location) facility - it reports that "Location is being used.
