I never use "Purge Unused Locations" afraid I might delete something valid but smehow become unattached. Instead I created a new Location caled " - Unused Location " the dash ensures it's at the top of the List. When I find a Location I'm sure is obsolute, I merge it into " -Unused Location " Works for me! Mary Young
