Hi Evert, thank you for your assistance, but unfortunately this did not help. I am using xp pro, and I am sure the help file worked before now, so many updates later one has messed up my machine. All other programs work fine, just Legacy, I was just thinking of upgrading to version 7, but until this can be sorted, im keeping my money.

I was looking for help on my imported pictures, Questions I have are:- 1. when importing pictures, do they get imported to a new directory within Legacy on my C: drive. so that when backing up, they also get backed up. 2. why not, it makes more sense to keep everything together.
