This one:Marriage Records > Found in Governmental Records > Marriage Certificate > Country > Created at local/county level, this Online image that was sent is good, but it does not ask the state question, you might need state, county, local level and then Internet
Could this be the one, but in the next group that shows you download an Orginal image from the Internet, so I think it's a matter of choice in words.
