Jenny, Thank you for understanding. This is exactly what is happening. The slot is there but no bookmarks and no down arrow. I deleted Legacy 7 and reinstalled but still have the same problem. If Sherry is listening-in, what can I do now? Is there a file that is not deleted with the uninstall option that legacy makes? As I said before this worked with my initial install from the CD, but not after the up-date to 7.0.0.55. Barb W
