I can't answer your question, because I don't honestly know. However,
I will be watching this subject thread, because when I tried to do a
global search and replace the other day, it returned zero results, and
I *know* the misspelt word was in there. I manually changed seven or
so instances of it. All I kept getting was this screen with blanks in
it.
