I am having a problem when I have two databases open at the same time. SOMETIMES when I enter a person into one of the databases, that person is also entered (automatically) into the other open database. As I said, this only happens occasionally and usually it is sometime before I find the duplicate entry.

I have one database that holds only connected family members and another that holds family members that are not connected with the number one person. All of a sudden I find a lone person in the connected database, that rings the bell as there should never be an individual without connections in that database. I then check my other database and find that same person in the other database, either sitting there alone or, perhaps, with a family of his own.

There are times that the individual that was entered into the fragmented database shows up in the connected database (incorrectly of course) as a child of a couple.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thank you, in advance, for any suggestions,
