John, I just checked and have .jpg and .bmp and 4 .pdf files but no .tiff. I checked the folders of other persons in the database and mostly they are not flickering and are loading ok. Samuel Richmond and 21 pictures attached. I went into Picture Center and removed several so there are 12 for him now, all .jpg. His pictures are loading very slowly and flickering.
