See my reply to Jenny. That's just not the way I've done it in the past.
My only question was if anyone noticed any differences between the two
versions.

If you know you have two details in one source, why don't you just edit the
detail and combine them in one citation?

Citing a source multiple times (with different detail) to the same event
(e.g. birth) seems to act differently with version 7 than it did with prior
versions.
Have others noticed this or might I have missed a setting somewhere.

Example: I have SourceA (book) that gives birth information on two different

pages. I add the source with Detail - "page 1", and then again with Detail -

"page 2". It used to show up as two sources, one with detail "page 1" and
the other with detail "page 2". It now shows up as one source with detail
"page 1".
