No, Momalot says it *is* happening in preview. I can confirm this.
I have just gone to Publishing Centre and selected a couple of Reports
at random to add to a book. I then went to the Additional tab and
selected Title Page and Table of Contents. They both printed on the
same sheet. I think this is a bug and I have reported it as such.
