I disagree. On the IGI extracted data, abt 99% of even the old ones (some I 
found in the 1970's) already had the LDS film number of the original records, 
or the book copied. I don't know the cut off year, but some older records still 
have the submitters address available, and I have used that to contact the 
person and recieved source stuff. Others have probably  died after submission. 
But I keep the submitters name when available, making that person a source with 
repository as the IGI. I will be changing the rest of my IGI sources ASAP.
