Carolyn, I only know of the box in the Details and it actually makes sense for it to be there given that different people can use the same Master Source in different ways. Actually I thought it had always been this way - or is my memory going?
Similarly users use the date in different ways - I use it for the date I got the information from the source.This is usually the same as the date it was recorded in my files, but may not be.
