Sorry, Lew, but you can't.
 
The Legacy database is an Access file ie. a '.mbd' file, although Legacy names 
it as '.fdb', hence can only be opened in some database programs, such as the 
two I mentioned, but not in a wordprocessor nor a spreadsheet progam.
