1. Drag and Drop an individual to the other family file.
2. Select an option, I've selected Just the Individual Above (it seems
nothing happens).
3. Click START COPY
4. Assign or Don't Assign a Source
5. I selected Continue with Drag and Drop
6. Sometimes you get the window to Keep or Overwrite an Earlier Backup
(if you have done a Drag and Drop before)
7. Import is Complete
8. Merge Two individuals form opens. I don't want to merge because I
just want to add this individual that's why I clicked the Close
button.
9. Looked at the Name List to see if this individual was added to the
file (he was).

I left out some obvious steps. But I think the problem is Step 3. You
have to select an option and next click START COPY.
