I really appreciate your help. When I go to "Reports" then "All reports" then I see "Location Report", where do I find "Master Location Report"

The Master Source List has combine and purge options, but they affect sources, not the locations. To purge unused or combine duplicate Locations, go to Master Location List>Options. There you have the choice to Delete, Tag, Untag, Combine Duplicates, Purge Unused..., et alia. Choose the option you want. Afterward, a new Report should be correct. The latter often occurs with the simplest of differences, such as an extra space, a period instead of a comma (or vice-versa). I have found both those particular problems. I had entered locations without checking if I already had them. When I enlarged the size and looked very closely, there were my teeny errors. But it did mean the locations actually were not the same. The locations will also not be duplicates if the short locations are not identical too. Sometimes the errors were that my short locations were off even though the long ones were duplicates.
