Strictly speaking, in my view you are correct, but this is not how Legacy sees 
it. It is not possible to remove the 1/2 kids from the first marriage only.
 
Do remember, though, that this is only how they are shown on the screen, whilst 
in reports and web pages the kids are shown attached to the appropriate 
marriage.
