Mary, There already is one for Military Service (at least I don't think I added it). If you wish to add a more specific one then go to View>Master Lists>Event Definitions>Add and create one. Clicking the Reset button after entering the name and selecting the fields will enter the sentence definitions, although you may need to change them.
