This has come up several times. You can create a separate database, but what a pain. I have asked about this previously and there should be a simple option to include 1/2 kids.
I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate an option to include the family they know and grow up with rather than just bloodlines. -----Original Message----- From: k...@legacyfamilytree.com [mailto:k...@legacyfamilytree.com] On Behalf Of RICHARD SCHULTHIES Sent: Friday, 26 June 2009 9:05 AM To: LegacyUserGroup@legacyfamilytree.com Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Charting Family (1/2 Children, Etc.) What you could do, is make a separate database where you 'adopt' all the 1/2 kids so they are found as 'full' descendants. Then you can remove it after printing, or leave one to keep just for print outs, and not keep up data.
