I think your problem Is that this is a Descendant Chart, and 1/2 kids are
not descendants of the step-parent, unless they have been adopted, in which
case, they are included.

This has come up several times.

You can create a separate database, but what a pain.  I have asked about
this previously and there should be a simple option to include 1/2 kids.  

I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate an option to include the family
they know and grow up with rather than just bloodlines.

What you could do, is make a separate database where you 'adopt' all the 1/2
kids so they are found as 'full' descendants. Then you can remove it after
printing, or leave one to keep just for print outs, and not keep up data.
