I just checked the spam folder and it was the last item on the list meaning that when I cleared the spam folder last night, it must have just come in after that. Both of the emails were in there. I checked the spam folder twice after ordering and didn't see them. The first one was sent at 6:41pm so I don't know why I didn't find it in the spam folder the first time unless it was 6:41pm their time and not mine (eastern).
