No. I guess it is either not important enough a problem to fix or it is unfixable. As those of us with the same problem have found, their responses dribble off and stop.
Solutions to so many problems have been found on LUG rather than support, that I keep trying - hoping - that someone has the programming knowledge to solve this one.
