If I heard correctly, it has been available to some areas for a while, this is 
bringing in more members, if not all, of them, now. It has to do with building 
an ever bigger mainframe along with the program changes. Last time, registered 
persons (myself) came in before the general public.
The LDS want us all online as quick as possible.
