Yes, it does! When I follow-up (1) to messages in newsgroups and mailing lists, my program inserts the appropriate e-mail address according to which folder I am in at the time. Just the other day I had made some changes to folders while problem-solving and as a result my address-folder relationships were lost and I attempted to follow up 2 Legacy messages, not realising they were going from the wrong address. I received 2 messages such as the poster mentioned. I took the poster to mean that having had messages rejected he was now posting with a different address and that was why his message was then received. (1) Someone recently referred to "write" and "reply" and the difference between. In my program, "reply" will send my message to the OP, whereas it is "follow-up" which sends a reply to the group (in the case of contributing to an existing thread.) To start a new thread I must "New thread" so the instructions given would not have made much sense to me! -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup@legacyusers.com/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergr...@legacyfamilytree.com/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
