You are correct on both counts, except that the name index indexes by
surname but also by given name for each surname.

If you require advice on adding a search box to your webpages I suggest that
you join WUL (Web Users Legacy) and ask the question there, as that list can
go into the details of coding which cannot be done on this list. The URL is:
http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/WUL/ Please give details as to where you
would like to put the box and which typr of web pages you are creating.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Legacy Family Tree Website

Hi,

I would appreciate some assistance/advice regarding my Legacy Family Tree
Website.

1.The website is not equipped with a "Search" button. Is there anyone out
there who has added a custom search engine to the outputted website?
2. Also, There does not seem to be an index of first names. Is this due to
my error?

I really would appreciate some help.

Thanks
