Ron, None of the deleted files show up on screen from the open file icon. However, after I try to open a missing file from the welcome screen and get the file does not exist message, the next time I open Charting direct, the file name is gone. I was able to get rid of them one at a time by opening, getting the do not exist message, closing and re-opening. Strange way to clear the menu but it worked. Thanks, Chick
