Ron,

It's not direct entry.  In Options > Customize > Locations, click on
the Change button to navigate to the folder you wish to use for the
files.

The Help file (reached by clicking on the Help button in the Customize
window with the Locations tab active) explains:

"You can set a default drive and folder for linking pictures, sounds,
videos, and documents.  To make a change, click the Change button to
the right of either the Picture Files, Sound Files, Video Files, or
Document Files box.  The Reset button changes the current option back
to the original default."
