Syble, I'm confident that accessing the familysearch web site outside of the nFS Interface is OK. I've been monitoring heavy data entry on my tree using that process for the last 3 weeks without losing any data.

This is strange and a real concern, especially wondering what other information I may have lost. thanks, Syble Families Researching: Cline/Klein, Daniel, Newton, Witherspoon, Perryman, Gilbreath, Lindsey, Brown, Foote, Curry, Fleming, Glasscock, Edwards, Waters, Wheat From: Alan Pereira <alanpere...@tiscali.co.uk> To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com Sent: Thursday, September 22, 2011 8:34 AM Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] loss of data Carl, I too raised a ticket on this subject and I think the developers are working on finding out when running check / repair after using the Interface that life events disappear as well as giving messages about finding "Nulls". All has gone quiet from the Support team on this since I rejected their request for a copy of my Legacy database on the grounds it would break European and UK Data Protection Law. Alan Pereira>> I have noticed that when the nFS interface is in use that most edits on my database do not stick. I asked Support (twice) under what conditions that would happen, but have not had an answer. It has been so long that I deleted their automated response with the case number. I still want to find out.
