Joan, It would seem that you have a misapprehension regarding sourcing data. The format in which the original data was recorded is immaterial, the templates only require that you specify the format *from which you received the data*. In the case of the Weald website it is an on-line database (I haven't looked so I don't know if it contains images). Thus the template is one of the online databases.
