Thanks for everyone's input. I can see that I was thinking about this the wrong way. I was thinking that I should use all the pictures in legacy.
I will attach pictures of couples and unmarried individual children to the marriage. When I get a group picture I will not attach it in legacy. If there is an individual or couple in the group picture that I don't have a picture of on their own I will crop it so that I can use their picture for legacy. The whole group picture will go into a misc folder but not be used for legacy. I may make a slide show of these images for the webpage. The pictures that I use in Legacy will be named with the MRIN that they belong to. I hope this helps someone else.
