Thank you for the reply, but I ran check/repair immediately after noticing the problem with the data. It didn't find any problems. Diane, I suggest that you run File>File Maintenance>Check Repair, repeatedly until you it stops reporting errors, and then check again. Also closing Legacy and turning off the machine can sometimes eradicate similar problems. If neither of these suggestions work, then please come back to us.
