For my w cents' worth I ID everything I find on an individual by the Legacy assigned ID#. Doesn't make any difference where it's a photo, tombstone, marriage, death, whatever type document or where I put it. A simple global SEARCH of your computer will find ALL information assigned to that person, no matter what, or where, you stored it, even if you forgot you even had it!
