Alan, I do not think that we will get very far until Donna starts to answer at least some of the questions which Sherry and I asked. Your suggestion may be valid, or there again, may not, we have no way of telling. BTW older versions of XP used the FAT system, I know because I had to convert mine to NTFS.

So this is unlikely to be your problem. Have you had a look at your web browser cache - maybe that needs to be larger or cleaned out.
