I agree and think like Jenny on this one. There didn't seem to be a question
in my mind as when I clicked on Individual To-Do's that I wouldn't see all of
them for the whole file, like in the All and General categories. So knowing the
limitations of the program, this probably does solve my first problem that I
wrote about on the 25th of May.

The mystery that still remains is that all my General To-Do's have disappeared
this morning on the 26 of May -as I have wrote about in the previous few posts.

Thanks for everyone's help. We can always learn from each other.

  Ahm I didn't know that!

But I think that's a very poor service. For a start, if I am in the To
Do screen and see a selection box for General, Individual or All I
expect to be able to see precisely that. If I have no filters set, I
expect to see all the records in the chosen set - General, Individual or
  All.

I have no idea who I have entered Individual ToDos for and I certainly
don't want to have to trawl through over 3,000 records to find out! I'm
glad I discovered this now because while I have comparatively few To Dos
I can go through the list and tag those which are Individual and then
I'll be able to find them quickly in the future. And must remember to
tag them when I create new ones!
