After selecting PDF click on the large Create button in the upper right of the screen not the small save button. The create button will create the PDF file you want. The Save button is only for saving your report settings so they can be used later. When you have large gaps after people's notes make sure there is not a number of blank lines at the end of their notes. You cannot see these line feeds in the notes so here is how to see if they exist. Go to the person's notes. hold down the crtl key while clicking on end. If your cursor moves beyond the end of the visible text you have extra blank lines in the notes. Use backspace to delete these.
