On the reigstration page, just under the title of the webinar, it shows the datea and time for the webinar. Next to that is a link "Show in my Time Zone".
Click on that then the "Select Your Time Zone" window, there's a drop-down arrow at the end of the field to select any time zone in the world. One of the Options is "Arizona". The time zones are in order by GMT and it's right after Mexico. The confirmation and reminders come in the time zone you select on the Registration window.
