I also do periodic backups to an external hard drive in addition to using
dropbox as my primary folder for saving my genealogy files, including
Legacy; it's always best to use multiple back up types for something as
important as genealogy research -- it would be difficult, if not
impossible, to reproduce so it is definitely one of my very most valuable
things in my home.
