Hi Jim, When recommending an export into a Gedcom and then import the Gedcom I feel it would be well to advise choosing the settings carefully as data can be lost. It could be those needing to be told this procedure are less aware of potential trouble as I was years ago and subsequently lost all [[data]] and 'private' and 'living' individuals.

If the program is still gives you errors, export your records into a GEDCOM file and then import the GEDCOM back into a new family file in Legacy. Use the new family file.
