I know some people like RIN numbers and use them a lot. I also know that they are important for internal functioning, but I have never found them useful in my use of Legacy. I don't display them in the name list. Instead, I show the User ID, which is very useful for me.
When I want to know how many people are in a Legacy file, I open the Name List and turn off the options to include alternate and married names.
