I am not LDS. I registered for the regular Familysearch site in June 2010. That user name and password also get me in to the new FamilySearch program. It appears that their process has some disconnects since some non-LDS are able to access and others are not. I'm sure this will all get worked out in time.

This opportunity is currently available by invitation. It will continue to be implemented, gradually, until it is available worldwide. A member of the general public may register to be given access to the new FamilySearch program through the registration page by invitation. Please visit http://www.familysearch.org/invite/public1 to open the registration page. This is a different manner of registering and a different web site than what you used. It's almost a secret Jim Legacy Family tree Technical Support -------- Original Message -------- > From: "Sherry/Support" <she...@legacyfamilytree.com> > Sent: Monday, October 01, 2012 9:20 AM > To: LegacyUserGroup@LegacyUsers.com > Subject: Re: Re: [LegacyUG] new.familysearch.org > > I went right to it and I wasn't even signed in.
