I'm hoping that this is considered on-topic. Does anyone know of a program which will read the Legacy database and produce a list of people who have UK census events missing?
In other words, If Fred Smith was born in 1857, has an 1881 census event only and died in 1900, the program would include him in the list because he is missing 1861, 1971 and 1891 census events.
