I'm experiencing difficulty adding a new source. Ran the Check/Repair, but still won't work. I accessed the Add when in the list of sources, fill in my info and when I hit Save, I am taken to the top line of my Sources and the source has not been created. When I tried setting it up from the individual's page, the source would enter onto the individual's source page, but didn't show up in the Sources and I again end up on the top line of my sources. Is this a bug? Any ideas?
