Hi Anne,

"I have a couple of questions. I joined the users group, but unlike
other groups I have joined in the past, I am not receiving any daily
emails or digests. Perhaps I have done something incorrectly when I
signed on?"

Your post has reached the list, so you're subscribed. The issue of not
receiving posts seems to be a problem that some have when they join this
group. You need to contact Legacy for assistance - try

I'm sending this reply both to the list and directly to you to ensure
you see it, Anne.

There is no digest option for this list.

"My maternal grandparents were cousins. While entering information (and
forgetting about the cousin part) I noticed I had doubles of the same
people and deleted them There were 3 in all. Now, I realize I have
deleted most of my information I had on my maternal grandmother's side.
What to do? Must I re-enter all the info? Is there a way to undo the
mistake?"

You should have MERGED the duplicate people, so that all the information
was retained. I suspect that once deleted, they're gone from that file.

As Eliz asked before, do you have a backup of your file from before you
deleted these people? If you do, you could restore it to another file
(give it a different name to the one you use for your main file) and
then copy those people from the backup to the main file.

Hope this helps. :-)

Kind Regards,
Wendy
